They definately exceded my expatations. Check-in was smooth and hassle free, even at 11:00 pm at night. I was not bothered once by house keeping or anyone else. I agree with the previous reviewer, this is a nice Ho-Jos. It has been a long time since I stayed in one, but this one does seem more like a business class hotel.
