This hotel was filthy and run down. Rooms have an exterior entrance and our door was warped and would not shut completely. Semi trucks in the parking lot, the overall condition of the hotel (which is really a motel), and the condition of our room, gave me the impression it was used mostly by transients. this place is falling apart. the desk attendents are rude. u get stuck in rooms with only a bed. ur keys get shut off at the most inconvienient times. they have asked to put 3 men in a room and make one sleep on the floor. i would not recomment this place or even send my worse enemys here. the... more

The person at the front desk was not pleasant at all. This person was very rude and argued about the reservation that was made days prior to arriving. When my name was finally found there was no "I'm Sorry". The room was somewhat clean yet there was no hot water for the shower and only hot water for the sink!... more

Our semi broke down and the first hotel we stayed at was awefull. we switched to this one and i told them what happened at the other hotel and man did i get pampered. this hotel is so clean i love it and their shuttle caters to the customer. I was single woman traveling with 2 children. They would not at first honor the resevation I made.They told me I had not booked 2 beds and 2 children.Even tho I had a confimed resevation.Clerk told me I was wrong.And accent was so thick hard to understand.
