details is to long I hope I can sum it up. From manager down to staff they have poor communication. We had a family reunion their the wrong communication started at home. that was a hint not to go or stay in a different hotel. when we got their it was more poor communication with the manager and staff. To sum it up my family and a couple of other family members were told that we could not get the rate that they got. Were told that we could not have a roll away bed in our room when corporate office said we could. Gave wrong information when you can cancel your room, they had to reenter in m information because of that. Call the hotel the day before do to wrong communication again, found out when my information was reenter my credit card was not entered in. The day of arrival my family and I would not have had a room.
