This hotel has not been updated at all, the carpet had cigarrete burns in them and looked as if had not been really cleaned in a long time. As much as we strive to please each and every guest unfortunatley at times it just isn't possible. We are saddened to see that this guest had this experience with us but would like to note that this is not a common occurance. We have recently undergone a renovation and complete change in mangement which we feel has greatly improved...
We booked at this hotel because of its location and price. We were definitely not expecting luxury so were not disappointed. The room had a small refrigerator and microwave which came in handy. The room itself was clean and in good repair. Towels were a little worn but bedding was fine. However, the parking is terrible and the neighborhood is not safe. I had to park across the road because my truck (an F150) would not fit in the parking spots when other trucks were parked there. I was accosted in the hotel... more
