I was in Tulsa on business and stayed at the Radisson conveniently located at the airport gates. The hotel has been renovated since the last time I was there and it is beautful. But what was so great was the STAFF! There rememberd my name and were so pleasant and always had a smile. What a great treat it was. more

Very friendly staff. Hotel in need of a facelift. Speaking of lifts there isn't one to get to the 2nd floor. more

First the positives:This hotel has a great location, minutes...seconds from the airport. The food was good, and the staff was friendly. Now the negatives: The hotel is in need of a serious renovation, it is very old and outdated. The one full day I was there they were having some kind of problem with the alarm system, which kept going... more

Stayed here for an overnight before an early morning flight the next day. Big mistake. I had stayed here two years ago with similar problems but risked staying again since the room rate was much less than other nearby hotels. Next time I will pay the extra. The hotel is outdated, dirty, and nothing works or is broken. The rooms... more

Customer service is awful. The hassle of dealing with the front desk and even the billing department over a charge is just not worth it. NO ONE could help me with a bogus charge. I was told repeatedly that it was "policy", etc. The Sleep Number Beds are a joke. They needed to spend that money on customer service training!... more

Recently we stayed the night before my flight, and then again, one night a week later, after I had flown back into Tulsa. The restaurant/bar was comfortable, and the staff very accommodating to weary travelers! The rooms were clean, had free Wi-Fi access and sleep number beds, which still weren't really all that comfortable; or perhaps I was too tired... more

First the positive: The rooms are clean and well furnished. Within a few minutes of checking into my room I started making a list of needed maintenance. One side of the "select-comfort" bed was flat and wouldn't air up. The sink in the bathroom had no stopper...just an open hole. The lamp on the desk had to be shaken to... more

We had two adjoining rooms...both were less than satisfactory. I did not expect much for $99/night but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was not very clean, the "sleep number" beds are uncomfortable and you can hear every single voice and door slam. If you run the HVAC it sounds like a train in running... more

Not pleased with this hotel - rooms dirty, dingy and old. 1st room I stayed in was not cleaned properly and phone was not working. Switched to another room but only marginally better. Had a meeting in Kansas and asked to get a wake-up call at 6 am - NEVER GOT ONE - I was over an hour and a... more

I booked this hotel for 1 night because I had a 6am flight. If it hadn't been for that I would have left. I will say the only redeeming quality for this place is that they have a friendly, helpful staff and the shuttle was extremely efficient. The rooms are disgusting. The safety latch on the door was barely screwed... more
