Customer service is awful. The hassle of dealing with the front desk and even the billing department over a charge is just not worth it. NO ONE could help me with a bogus charge. I was told repeatedly that it was "policy", etc. The Sleep Number Beds are a joke. They needed to spend that money on customer service training!... more

Recently we stayed the night before my flight, and then again, one night a week later, after I had flown back into Tulsa. The restaurant/bar was comfortable, and the staff very accommodating to weary travelers! I booked this hotel for 1 night because I had a 6am flight. If it hadn't been for that I would have left.
