This motel is about a ten-minute walk from Old Town Bandon (including the port), and is located right on Highway 101 (the main highway of the Oregon coast). So the location is very convenient. Upon pulling into the parking lot you can see the rooms are edged with gardens full of mature plants and flowers. Each room is decorated differently, making it feel more like you are staying at someones house. Our room had adequate space even though we set up a pack'n'play for our youngest to sleep in. Its a motel, but not your stereotypical one, its clean, convient and charming and worth the price. Great friendly staff that don't bug you, but are there whenever you need them. We found the LaKris Inn to be charming, clean and reasonable. The Management was helpful. Highway 101 is right there so there is some traffic noise. We would recommend it to anyone. Jim and Betty Roppe more

Stayed here in mid October. Loved the laminate on the floor instead of dirty carpet!! Travelling with three small dogs . Found the location ideal; although it's on the Highway there is no noise after 10:00 pm.It's a twenty minute walk to the State Park where dogs are allowed on the beach. Unfortunately, there were serious dusty bunnies in the corners, and throughout the night we had road noise on one side, people talking either side of our room (it was like the two groups were together and yelling through our room), and backhoe noise behind it.
