She kept repeating things back to me wrong and I was a bit worried she'd mess something up, well she did. This in not a family friendly hotel. Not offered any help with kids and luggage. Pool was freezing, not suitable for young children. There was a dog in the kitchen, which was filthy. Had to rent a crib for $5 per night. Manager was rude, lazy, and certainly not helpful. We needed extra towels and blankets and it took over... more
