Clean room, smallest bathroom possible, small TV and the home office was a lap desk set over an ottoman. When I arrived, the room was under 50 degrees, the thermostat was set on A/C - it was 10 degrees outside. When I complained to the front desk I was told they did not do it on purpose - huh? Wrong response. I was put in the new addition - the walls have 1/2" cracks where they meet the ceiling... more
