Very disappointed that original reservation was not honored. Manager thought a pull out couch bed is the same as a regular double bed. I stay in Bend one night a week, and about half the time, I stay at Holiday Inn express. I've always found this hotel to be very comfortable, the staff is friendly, and a nice place to get a good nights sleep. They have a pretty good breakfast, too.
