Our three-day stay here was very nice. This hotel is right on the beach with a beautiful view of several sea stacks to the north, and a thirty-minute walk to Haystack Rock. We made our own breakfast and lunches in the room, and one night we took advantage of the gas grills and cooked our own dinner. Everything in this... more

I found the staff at the Schooner's Cove Inn very friendly and accomodating. When I made my reservation, the staff member patiently helped me pick a room, and the one she recommended (2nd floor Skipper's Room) was perfect for us. It had a great view, and the fireplace was really nice (we had a cold week, so we used it... more

We have been going to Schooner's Cove for the past 3 years to a tune of $2,600.00 each time. There are 15 in all in our family. We rent three rooms. We went down over Memorial weekend, May, 2009. We have always enjoyed Schooner's , but this year it was a disaster. The first night we had ordered pizza in... more

Safety for all our guests and families is a top priority when a fire is in close proximity to our hotel and the wooden seawall. We sincerely regret that this guest was not 100% satisfied with their stay with us. The majority of our guests throughout the year are families and we make every effort to ensure that everyone has...

My Mom and I stayed here for a night on a trip down the Oregon Coast. The hotel is right on the beach. We stayed during a spring storm and the waves crashed outside the room and the wind blew, but the room was safe and cozy. There is a small kitchen, gas fireplace, and a bedroom along with a... more

We spent 4 nights in a captains quarters suite. It was very clean and very well equiped (even had a small dishwasher). The queen bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, the hideabed was soft but OK for a skinny 13 year old. The website does state that the hide-a-beds are suitable for children only. All the rooms have a... more

My husband and I stayed at Schooner's Cove for a romantic anniversary getaway in April of 2009. Upon check-in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was immaculate, not a speck of dirt (or sand) anywhere to be seen. We were located in one of their Captain's Rooms with what appeared to be the most direct route to... more

Oh Yea! This was our 2nd two day stay in two years, both in December; my wife's birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect from reservations, check-in to departure. Our room was EXCELLENT! Clean, stocked, neat & tidy. Full and complete amenities; from paper towels to coffee. Awesome view, easy access to the sand and beach to excellent walking distance restaurants and... more

We have been staying at Schooner's Cove for the past 5 years and each stay just seems to get better! The staff is extremely friendly and very willing to meet our needs. The location is ideal for families who want to park the car and walk around the pedestrian friendly town of Cannon Beach. There are wonderful restaurants, shops, toy... more

We have stayed at Schooner twice in the last 3 months and plan on coming back as often as possible. It is the best location in Cannon Beach. On the beach, 1 block from town, very clean, big rooms, friendly staff, great set up for families.... everything we look for in a vacation place. 5 stars!! more

This facility was selected based on Trip Advisor reviews and it was great. We stayed in the Skipper's Room facing the ocean and the views were wonderful. There were over a 100 resident birds, various varieties, right out in front. The location was great as it was within walking distance of town which is a real plus as parking is... more
