Cottage at first glance, appeared ok as far as clean, not spotless, but ok. Then started to look around and very clean. The room we slept in had two giant boogers on the nightstand..I almost threw up! There were piles of dirty kleenex in the nightstand drawer. The toilet leaked all over the floor. I stayed in room 7 and was told it had recently been remodeled. I didn't see any of the other rooms so I can't compare but, I was VERY happy with my room. Cute, spanish furnishings, coffee, popcorn, tv and a dvd player. There are free tea bags in the office and dvd's you can check out for free also.... more

Pray when you get here, that you will survive the first night! For a long weekend/family reunion we rented 6 units between 20+ people. Most had no working smoke detectors, and some had none at all!! Check in was fine, accomodations were clean and spacious although the jacuzzi tub was a waste of space (the water heater isn't big enough to accomodate filling the tub with hot or even warm water).
