The staff was wonderful, I had booked the room for the wrong "Wednesday", but they still honored my reservation; plus let me park my trike out of the rain even though there were 4 other bikes park there. We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times in the last 2 years. The hotel continues to be clean, and staff is still friendly. Because we got a good rate through Priceline, this was a great stay. Newer property, very clean, upgraded bedding, nicely decorated. For our stay it was quiet, good wireless internet, adequate free breakfast. Fast food and Denny's-type restaurant nearby. Lots of choices in Medford for restaurants. Try Wild River Brewpub. more

We were on a long road trip and originally checked into another hotel across the street, but once we found out they didn't accept our cats we were referred to this Holiday Inn Express. Great hotel, great location. I had a king jacuzzi room. Beautiful spacious room, and beautiful view of the mountains. Maybe 2 miles from the small Medford airport.
