We have used Best Western hotels before and found them to be pretty good. This location is no longer with the BW chain and I can see why. The "home office" probably removed them! We were very disappointed in our stay the two days we were in Portland for a church activity.

The first night, the toilet plugged and the office person came to take care of the problem. We had a jacuzzi room, but the tub was not clean and it sits right in the middle of the room next to the bed. The internet connection they advertise didn't work so we had no computer access. The room was not serviced the next day, so no clean towels, etc. Had to go to the desk to get fresh ones. Breakfast was minimal and no variety from day to day.

I left a list of our concerns with the desk person and was told it would be given to the manager. I thought I might possibly get some sort of apology or comment from the one in charge, but so far NOTHING!!

Would not recommend this place... more
