Great little hotel close to U of O great service! Friendly and helpful staff! Rooms are clean and dusted . The tv could have better channels with option to rent movies and the beds could be more comfortable but those are minor details. I always return because of friendly service and clean rooms

With my daughter attending UofO, this is an excellent location. We've stayed at the other hotels on Franklin across from the school, but I really like this one. Even if the morning wake up call comes from the geese who land in the creek outside the window and talk "quack" loudly.

Good service, happy to stay there, good view of the college. I did not encounter any problems or issues on this stay. The Room was clean and the bed was firm. Checkin and Checkout were quick and simple.
