New folks are great! Rooms are nice size with all amenities including small kitchens with all utensils. Close to town but far enough out of town not to have the hussle and bustle. It's not a matter of price. This place is terrible. The room are very old not maintained and stink It's right on the highway and although it's right on the lake there is no access or even view of the lake because the balcony is broken the deck there is old and not maintained and the trees and bushes hide... Great value with an amazing view. It was close to the dunes and not far from Florence. It is very quiet and the rooms are huge.

Woahink Lakes has clearly seen better days. Despite great views from the deck to the rear of the property, the décor is tired, the rooms are musty and the grounds overgrown. The owners have also put up some of the most unfriendly set of rules I've ever seen in a motel, with a long list of fines for minor infractions.... More
