The room was filthy, the toilet wouldn't flush, even with repeated attempts, the bed had bugs in it, there were several cigarette burns on the bathroom floor, there was no airconditioning and you could not open the windows due to noisy employees break area (right outside of our window) and of course security reasons, they offered free wi-wi but it... more

Well, first they say they are 1 minute walk from the ocean. Not so. Depending on the traffic on HWY 101, it can take a lot longer. I was told I would have a view of the ocean from our room. Not so. The manager has a screwed up Visa machine and we were checking in at the same time... more
