I love the building and the location of the building. It doesn't look or feel like a hotel. And the room I stayed in was very nice and well appointed. I will not be looking for any other places to stay for future trips to Portland....I will only be staying here! more

This was our second stay at the Manor and I'm sure not our last. It serves as a "second bedroom" when we visit our daughter who lives just around the corner in a loft. When I return to Portland, I will ask for an Orenco booking. There are some items to note improvement: 1) I didn't have a cup in the bathroom. My wife and I stayed here for two nights in early April 2009. The place itself is located inside a townhouse complex within Orenco Station, which is sort of like a brownstone-style village of townhomes located in Hillsboro, Oregon. What a great place to stay. The room is wonderfully furnished and in a remarkable suburb with easy access to the city and sites. The staff/owners are more accommodating than any I've met and will meet any need. I would definitely stay there again, with or without the family. more

What stuck my wife and I was the privacy that we enjoyed during our 2 night stay. It felt like we were in our own place.. Could have stayed longer, nice area. The ease of access to Hillsboro and access to freeway is great. This is what traveling should be all about... more
