The place was fine considering where you are. Somewhat a remote location. The downtown is darling. The service was good and breakfast was nice at the hotel. The bed was just way too soft for me. A deep pillow top. And the room was just a bit tired.

We came to the area on vacation. Staying at the hotel was perfect for us. The Hotel is located on the main road, close to everywhere you need in town. It is new, very clean, the stuff with the attitude to help as much as they could. A highly Recommended place to stay.

Very nice place to stay, especially if you don't want to stay on the main drag in Hood River. At the same time, the location is very close to town; probably a mile away at the most. Clean, modern rooms. Indoor pool. Very good service. Family friendly. Would stay there again.

The hotel staff was great! Very professional and informative. They are finishing up remodeling wall paper in the lobby but its still really nice. The room was great. Not as fancy as some other Comfort Suites I've stayed in but the beds were amazing and the breakfast was good. Ill be back for sure.

Stay here on two separate occasions during a one-week period while visiting family. The hotel is a little dated and in need of a good cleaning. This is a comfortable establishment and a really good base for exploring the Columbia gorge. Breakfast is somewhat better than average. The problem is finding the place, which is tucked behind a TacoBell on the south side of rte. 30: the modest,small sign is poorly placed and hard to see ( and with average luck may be upgraded by now.
