This is a very poorly ran establishment. Upon Checking in, we had to request our room be re cleaned. In setting up my reservation I was given incorrect information on more than one occasion. There was no consistency in policy between staff. Staff were rude when confronted with problems; obviously poorly trained in how to handle such situations. We just stayed here for one night while we were in town for a friend's wedding. We really enjoyed the place. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The deck with 3 hot tubs was a highlight of our stay. We sat in one the night we were there and enjoyed the stars, cool are, wind in the aspens, etc.... more

Unlike other reviewers, we found the staff friendly and helpful. They do not staff all night but that is pretty typical of smaller resorts. We arrived during business hours and were greeted warmly and given good service. This is an older mountain lodge but that is part of it's charm.
