A wonderful B&B - charming building and grounds with a unique interior design. The rooms were clean and well appointed - and most important, comfortable. All this topped off by great hospitality. I have stayed at the Orth House on numerous occasions. The home is beautiful, the rooms nicely furnished in the victorian period, and the owners cordial. Breakfast is always delicious - and the owners are happy to assist with special requests. All in all, a great place to stay! more

I've stayed at Orth House many times and it's always been the most pleasant part of my trips to Southern Oregon. The elegance of the faithfully restored victorian mansion is wonderfully offset by the "whimsy" of the teddy bears and collectables, allowing you to feel "at home", even in such elegant surroundings. This place was dusty beyond belief. To top it off breakfast was stingy and horrible. These people stood over me and gave out juice (drinks) one cup at a time - I had to ask everytime for a refill of very tiny cup. more

The writer of March 8 states that he/she stayed here in January, 2005. Interestingly enough, we were closed a good portion of January and, in checking my reservations, our only guests were personal friends. The Inn is kept clean at all times and we do not serve juice in small cups - we have large juice glasses. Mugs are provided...
