Just traveling through John Day, needed a place to sleep for the night. We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a large group (motorcycle rally). The reservations process was excellent and attentive. The refrigerator and microwave in the room are very convenient. The rooms are basically clean but there was big patch of mold in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel is outdated, but OK if you're not doing anything but sleeping... more

Clean Budget motel. Had microwave, refrigerator in the room. I didn't want to spend too much on a room at the Best Western, but I didn't want to spend too little at the Dreamer's Lodge. I stay in John Day often and would recommend this hotel. Call the hotel directly to get a better rate. more
