My wife and I stayed at this hotel in late September. The room is too small. The queen size bed room the two of us could hardly move around. The hotel just over a year old and is in very nice condition. They had a nice flat screen tv mounted on the wall with 90+ channels. The breakfast was very... more

Worked into our vacation a trip to Klamath Falls, OR to check out the Oregon Institute of Technology with our 17 year old. We had a difficult time finding the hotel, as it sits way back off the main drag and there are no signs advertising its whereabouts. It was late afternoon and the woman at the desk was very... more

Pro: Newer hotel with updated rooms. Reasonable for our needs - family for a single night. Close to restaurants and Wal-Mart. Cons: Some stains on throw pillows. The walls are paper thin! Location is between a bowling alley (w/ a night club), long-term storage facility, and a dog training facility. We didn't get a good night's sleep. If you are... more

I read others reviews about this motel before I booked this one. This is a new motel (1 year old) and still doing renovations throughout, so things are clean and new. The strange thing about this hotel is that if you need a fridge and microwave you need to request ahead of time and there's a $5 charge. I thought... more

I was lured by the new construction and the opportunity to find something besides the normal chains, but will never stay again. Better services are to be found for similar or less money nearby. I understand the "micro" of Microtel, but the room was *so* small that we had to coordinate our traverses across the room and back (or scoot... more

Arrived July 3rd at 1:00 am. The desk clerk was very friendly and even got us milk and a bowl and let us have some cereal before bed as we were hungry and exhausted. This hotel is very new and is on the outskirts of town, but this is a tiny town. It is across from a Wal-Mart, but not... more

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. We had traveled to Klamath Falls for birdwatching in the area wildlife refuges. This hotel had good prices, good reviews on Trip Advisor and was a new property, so decided to stay here. We found this hotel to be a nice property. We liked the location as it is at the... more

Had to stay in Klamath Falls for one night, with 3 year old, and 10 mo old. Found everything to be above par, the breakfast was great, and the beds were very comfy!! Best value we could find in town, there are way more expensive hotels, this one is just as nice at a much better value! more

I stayed in this motel and the first day I checked in with a blonde lady not sure the name...tried to be nice but you could see she wasn't all that concerned about us... I wanted a room that was not around to many people since I have kids...I was put in the loudest part of the motel...3 floors and... more
