I work at a lodge and spa on the Oregon Coast, so of course I have high expectations when it comes to hotels. The Phoenix Inn staff was very accomodating and helpful. Melissa at the front desk made sure we had everything we needed, and had a smile everytime I saw her. The pool and hot tub were very clean,... More

Most importantly--very, very comfortable beds. Facility was clean. The breakfast, for a free motel meal, was outstanding. All the usual fare plus you could make your own waffles. I would definitely stay here again. More

This hotel is next to the freeway and noisey. The pool water is questionable and the excercise room is crowded and has low quality equipment. The maid doesn't vacuum the floor everday even though it is noticeabily dirty. Also left a torn, very worn towel for me to use. The breakfast is the very basics. This hotel has very low... More

Thank for taking the time to write a review about the hotel. We appreciate any and all feedback, so we may do our job better! We are also very excited about the future updates we are getting, in fact the pool and spa are getting resurfaced this week. We have been inspected for new fitness equipment as well. We hope... More

My boyfriend and I booked for only one night to stay here, and I'm sorry we did. Within a half hour after we arrived to the room, I noticed a small bug crawling on my arm. I look down at the white pillows on the bed and see tons of small fleas jumping all over the place. We called someone... More

It is very unfortunate that there has been such a misunderstanding, as I feel we did apologize very much so. We on staff, were horrified by the situation, moved you rooms immediately and asked you if you would like us to move you. We called the next room and asked if everything was okay, and what could we do to... More

This is the second time we've stayed at the Phoenix Inn and once again, we were very pleased with our visit. The room was very clean, with ample amenities, the only downside was that we asked for a non~smoking room, and this room smelled like smoke. So if you're allergic to smoke, just make sure you truly get a non~smoking... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our hotel! We appreciate the feedback, and I enjoy sharing it with my staff. I am sorry to hear you got a room that had been smoked in. We are definately a non-smoking hotel since the renovation in 2007, and charge a large fee to guests who smoke in... More

Stayed here with a friend when we attended a concert and didn't want a 2 hour drive home after dark. Shared a big 2Q room for $99. Each bed had a soft, a medium and a firm pillow - nice option. Beds comfy. Room clean and quiet. Lotsa hot water. Friendly, helpful staff. We couldn't get the WiFi to work,... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay in July. I understand how frustrating it must be to not have a good internet connection. When the hotel is full, it is just not adequate enough. We are in the process of fixing that, and one of our other properties is "testing" another option for us.... More
