I arrived for a multi day business trip. The staff was efficient and friendly and the facility and room were comfortable. I did not try the food as there was a very nice brew pub right across the street. I recommend walking there and you wont want to miss happy hour. I would return to this property again.

After vacating another hotel due to "bugs" yiks.... Called Crowne Plaza and even though it was after 9pm and showing Full they found us a lovely room and at a better rate than we could have reserved ourselves! Heavenly clean, and beautiful. Thank you for saving two really tired "girls"! We will absolutely be back.

Check-in was great and the man who helped was extremely friendly and kind. King room was spacious with couch area and desk. TV channel selection was more than sufficient and room was very clean. Noise level was fine but it I HAD to share a negative it would be that the hallways were a little noisy.

The hotel overall is dated, however, the rooms have been refreshed, and are well maintained. The king bed room in which we stayed was roomy, and clean. My family has stayed here twice, and we've enjoyed it both times. There's nothing fancy about the rooms—though they've recently been updated—but the indoor/outdoor pool and the indoor hottub are big hits with our young boys, the food at nearby Oswego Grill is convenient and above average, the room prices are very good, and the short drive to downtown Portland... Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Good location and quite. People were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good. WiFi worked ok and the flat screen tvs were a nice touch. Bed was good. Really a good hotel.
