The staff at the Lake Oswego-Portland Crowne Plaza is AWESOME! I travel 35-40 weeks a year, primarily for business reasons. Rarely do I experience the friendly "I'm here to help you enjoy your stay" attitude that I consistently saw each day from the staff at this hotel. From check-in on Monday to check-out on Friday, I was impressed with the... more

My stay was very short, but pleasant and quiet. The landscaping that surrounds the Plaza, makes you feel that you are in a park like setting, especially since there is the highway right at the bottom of the hill. Restuarants and shopping is very convient for those that are there for that reason. The rooms are very clean and the... more

This hotel was much different than what we expected. We were shocked by the fact that they charge to use the internet! You should have seen my jaw drop when I called the front desk to ask how to connect and they said I had to pay $9.99. We have traveled all over the US and I take my computer... more

I stayed here with my mother and daughter. My daughter loved it, because it had a pool. But really we could have been at a motel 6 with a pool and she would be happy. My mother and father had stayed here while on a tour about 3 months ago and thought it was great. Well....I disagree. The front desk... more

The desk clerk made sure to make a big deal about the fact that I had booked through Priceline (I had a great rate). The hotel had been renovated a few years ago, but the new look has not been maintained. The sink in my bathroom was cracked, the closet door did not open. The housekeeping crew left my door... more

I had not stayed here for a couple of months as my work schedule had changed a bit. I was here the end of May and had a newly renovated room. (They were just finishing the 6th floor and Sarah at the front desk told my they would be done by the weekend.) I love the new decor...all new furniture... more

We booked through Travelportland.com and only paid $67/night! We mentioned we were on our honeymoon and were upgraded to the Governor's Suite and were greeted with a bottle of wine and a note from Travelportland. The hotel gave us free breakfast and even though there was some construction in the public areas, things were kept very clean and lovely. There... more

I left one of my favorite sweaters behind in a drawer at this hotel. I called two days later and was told that the housekeeper had turned it in. Patrice sent me the sweater the next day. more

I've stayed here a number of times, and while decent enough, not where I'd want to be for an extended trip. The rooms and beds are average and the service is variable. I don't often eat at the restaurant but when I have it has been quite good. This Crown Plaza, like a number of others I have been at... more

We booked two adjoining rooms for our family of five. Upon arrival, there were no adjoining rooms, so we were "upgraded" to a suite. The crib I had requested (and confirmed) prior to our stay was also not available, so our little one had to sleep on the foldout bed. The room was not good. There was old food under... more
