Have stayed there on several trips.Nice and quiet and close to good and Safeway store. Also pet friendley. Rooms are clean and you have a choice of smoking or non smoking. And plenty of Hot water and TV channels.(

We needed a place to stay that was better than one of the other hotels and we definitely found it! it is older but clean and roomy. The desk was nice and the wifi was great too! Next time we are in Lakeview, we will be staying here!

Passing through Lakeview on the way to SFO and wanted to save some cash. I checked for rates and got a great deal on a king sized bedroom with sofa, fridge, microwave and flat screen TV. Lakeview is having a tough time economically and this motel reflects it. Old, and not too well maintained. Maintenance costs money. The rooms were drab but the beds were comfortable. The elderly British couple who run it were very nice, though. I hope times get better for them, and for Lakeview.
