Late start and tire glitch made this a welcome, earlier than planned stop. Better than average breakfast somewhat offset the over budget room cost ($101 including pet deposit, senior discount and room tax).

The woman at the front desk was very rude and dismissive, which spoiled the visit for us. Based on her behavior alone, I would not come back to this hotel. The room was nice enough and the bed was comfortable.

Everything about this hotel was great except that they chose to use gas powered leaf blower at 9:20 AM. If check out is at 11:00 and check in is at 2:00, wouldn't it seem prudent to accomplish the leaf blowing during those hours?

The rooms are very clean and the service better than average. The location is fine (it is hard to be poorly located in a town the size of Lakeview), but the rooms are slightly overpriced for the season (winter) and the location.
