My wife and I are frequent visitors to this fine hotel and have enjoyed it since the early eighties. The large resort like demeanor and friendly staff are something to cherish. We had a beach front access room on the bottom level on the end of the hall. This was great, because we were able to walk right out on the beach from our room. The rooms are clean and nice, however the kitchenette could use some updating. The restaurant was good, but pricey. more
I recently returned from a 2 night stay at the Inn at Spanish Head. Our room (132) was AMAZING!!! It is superbly decorated with updated furnishings, a very comfortable king size bed, and a nice flat screen TV over a fireplace! - Very cozy!! It's on the ground floor - perfect for wave watching. Probably a little pricey for a stay. The owners of the condos obviously need to cover their costs. Our room (812) was very nicely furnished and could be the best bed i have ever slept in. Hotel old and very dated needs new everthing! Location is good , ocean veiw rooms The price of the rooms are way over priced for something that looks like it's still in the 70's We did not eat at the restaurant it was way over priced also.We ate in town at Kyllo's excellent food. more
