Like other reviewers, I believed that the hotel was close to the beach. It's not within walking distance, and there are many, many other places closer. For that reason alone I would not stay there again. The front desk people were very speedy but short on friendliness. I wanted to pay with a different credit card but the guy checked... more

This place..man looks are deceiving, the internet photos make this place looks like a five star hotel! don’t be fooled. The manager, steven verrrrry rude. Has no cust serv skills whatsoever. It said “right on ocean” ug no, if your on the third floor u have A ‘distance ocean view” on the mini balcony, another joke, balcony is cheap, the... more

It is unfortunate that you felt mislead by our internet photo's of the property and I apologize for any misunderstanding. However, we do not advertise anywhere that we are a 5 star hotel. Although the Front Desk staff informed me of this guest's concerns, I have not had the opportunity to personally speak with this guest but I am more...

This hotel is located right in the middle of Lincoln City. Just Minutes from the ocean, shopping and food. We were there for 4 nights with the kids on Spring Break. From the minute we checked till the time we left I felt well taken care of. We upgraded the third and fourth night to the King Suite for a... more

We picked this hotel because it is a newer hotel and we found it to have competitive rates online. We were a bit skeptical of the fact that it wasn't on the beach but we booked one of their king deluxe rooms with a fireplace. When we got to the hotel we were greeted by a warm fire in the... more

During this gentleman's original stay, he wanted to watch a channel that unfortunately our local television provider recently dropped. We had not yet removed the channel guide from the room that had it listed so the channel was not available to him. We discovered this issue after the guest had departed after inquiring with our television provider. Guest returned after...

Cosmetically a nice interior corridor motel. Lots of little issues added up to a very mediocre stay. The good: beds were comfortable enough, rooms were spacious and decently appointed, amenities were fine, staff was very friendly, great location in Lincoln City that is not on beach, and booking through Orbitz, found a great value for new years eve when the... more

We take our work with us and expected in room internet service, especially since the reader board said "free WiFi". After spending 45 minutes trying to log on, I called the front desk only to learn the only internet service was in the lobby. I didn't intend to spend time in the lobby when we paid for a perfectly good... more

I stayed here with my boyfriend, and it was a great deal. It was the king suite with fireplace. It had a distant view of the ocean with a terrace. I would recommend this room to my firends if they are interested in a great deal. It's not beach front, but for the price it was fine. The bathroom was... more

We checked into this motel on a spur of the moment trip to the coast. We used to stay at the property often when at the coast. The time before this last visit, when we stayed at this motel we returned to our room after a day out to discover the door to the room open and that they had... more

We here at the Bel Aire Inn try very hard to accommodate all of our guest needs I personally made this guest's reservation and they did not say they needed an accessible room. When the guest arrived they claimed they had requested an accessible room and we were able to accommodate. Now as far as they're room being unclean the...

We paid 62$ mid week senior rate in May 2008 for this very well appointed hotel. Large beautiful rooms with new fixtures and fittings. Didn't use the pool or fitness centre so cant comment on these. Breakfast was included and and was served in a very tasteful dining room- plenty of choice and plenty of seating. Front desk staff very... more
