Our family vacationed to McMinnville over Memorial Day weekend and stayed in 3 rooms. The hotel is very clean and appears relatively new. The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful and recommended a delightful winery to visit at the end of the day. My only negative comments were that the pillows were foam and the breakfast... more

Me and my wife were in town for vacation, staying here was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff is super-friendly and courteous!!! The breakfast is awesome too. The rooms were very clean with a lot of amenities. The atmosphere is so very quiet. The Aviation Museum is not too far from the hotel and I would urge... more

Stayed here for three nights while we toured the wine country. Excellent location for touring the many wineries nearby...all within 20 miles. Friendly staff at check in. The rooms were clean and the beds were great. The breakfast buffet was below average but had the standard fair to start the day. The price was right for a comfortable stay. more

Booked this hotel via hotels.com (prepaid) to attend a local event. I was pleased with the hotel, although I think the price I paid was a bit high for this category. Rooms are clean and comfortable, not much noise, very convenient, and very clean. My only gripe would be that the housekeeping needs to learn not to slam room doors... more

I was very suprised by this hotel. It was booked through my company, and from looking at the photos on the website, I didn't expect much. Same thing upon arrival, it doesn't look like much from the outside. The lobby is fine. Nothing too special, but clean and pleasant and completely fine. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and... more

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the Red Lion. We live in NC and had never been to Oregon and wanted to visit the Willamette wine area. Being from the east coast and not interested in wine country B&B Inns, we knew nothing about this west coast chain and were VERY pleasantly surprised. It was even a little... more

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! The room was huge and had a couch, which was great. It was fairly quiet on the second floor. The breakfast was OK, no fruit to speak of. The Bath and Body Works toiletries were a nice plus. The staff were very friendly, and one even went out of her way... more

We have stayed at the Red Lion twice in the past two months for business in McMinnville. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean; besides the two beds, there is a sitting area and desk. They have amentities such as microwave, fridge, in-room safe, etc. In the lobby they have a cooler case of local wines and some beers to... more
