Good- hotel staff was helpful, moved us to a different room, and discounted the price for our trouble. Clean, reasonably priced. Next to the freeway but a green belt provides some protection on the west wing of the hotel. Bad- AC broken in our suite for three days and the staff had not tried to fix nor notify us when... more

Stayed in this hotel for its location between Portland and Sacramento. Rooms are nice (large), friendly staff. There is free wifi and free hot breakfast (not exceptional though). The hotel is quite big, there are a lot of rooms forming a U with the parking in the middle: you might experience some noise, especially in the evening. If you are... more

Driving from Southern California to Portland, we needed a place to spend the night. Great location, easy to get to. Checking in was great, they were very accomodating. We had a room with a king bed, but I decided I wanted upstairs instead of the room asigned on the first floor. She upgraded me to double queen, upstairs for the... more

I stayed here one night while driving thru town on a road trip. I had a dog, so was limited to this hotel because they accepted pets. I asked for a room away from everyone else and got it on the end of the hotel. The room was pretty small, but clean and had everything I needed. The wireless internet... more

We had a comfortable bed, courteous staff plus other things I'd like to mention. We drove 3500 miles on our trip so by the end of the day driving and site seeing a good hotel was something we looked forward to. We would always retire early so check in was sometimes, 2 or even earlier which we appreciated them fitting... more

Sometimes you need to follow your gut instincts no matter how tired the kids are. I wish I would've done what the 'stayed for only one hour' reviewer did and got out of there. First the assorted people were still lingering about and the person next door to us had pulled their phone out into the doorway to talk and... more

Don't let the photos fool you. Up close the hotel slightly resembles the type of hotel that doubles as a low income apartment. People just kinda hanging out in front of the rooms and the parking lot with nothing to do. The parking area doubles as the back of a diner. From the photos and the price we expected more.... more

Dog friendly is the best way to describe this old hotel. I have stayed here 5 times on my way home from Christmas visits in the NW. They allow my two dogs and family to get some sleep. Another plus is an off leash dog park across the street. My dogs love all the smells of this not so clean... more

As soon as we walked in the lobby to check in our stay began to turn to crap. Tanya, the desk clerk wanted me to sign a waiver about a $150.00 damage fee regarding non smoking and a no pet policy, she said it was on all the forms and just a fomality. Well, we had always had a pet... more
