Where to start? We tried to keep open our south facing small window because of the "two pipe" heating/cooling system and there was no air conditioning. However, the staff dutifully closed the window each day. They lent us a fan, which helped a bit. It also helped to drown out the noise from the max rail. The rooms are small.... more

Excellent service from all the sales staff - follow up was key for coordinating our huge group. The convention lasted forever but the easy access to downtown and the convention center made it easy to relax, work and have a little fun. Group rates were a major selling point. more

Stayed here for a conference in mid-September. As the property is directly across from the Portland Convention Center, it is extremely convenient. The hotel staff was very professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of the city areas to visit. The restaurant was also professional - great food, fast service, very attentive and friendly service. The hotel location was perfect for the free fare train downtown or east to shopping and across the street from the convention center. The room was clean and comfortable. more
