I slept like a baby in their bed and the location and rate was hard to beat. The waterfalls along the Columbia river were only 20 minutes away and the rooms were quiet. Perhaps on of the better hotels in the area, but customer service needs help. We stayed here for business. The staff refused to add our Starwood account number to the hotel room because the room was paid for by my company. Does that make any sense? This hotel has nice rooms: spacious, everything you'd expect. A nice lobby includes free internet/printing, two lounges with TV, books, fireplace.
