TJ was personable, professional and pleasant. From the moment we sat down he was extremely service oriented and he made us feel like we were the only guest in the lounge. I stayed here for a few days when I first moved to Portland, and loved it! The hotel is super stylish with nice lighting and atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, have all the amenities that you would need, and the bed is very comfortable. If you are needing to say near the airport, this hotel is perfect for you.
