Booked our room 4 months in advance, coming in on the midnight flight from Maui standing in their lobby, with 4 children when they tell me they've overbooked and we are without a room. And the night we stayed there before our trip, you could hear through the walls the sleep number beds from the room next door. Not impressed. more
