We had many issues with this place. Smelled like cigarette smoke in our hallway and we were told we would be charged if we smoked. Bathroom wasn't that clean. Staff was rude when we checked in and out. I had a concer and waited 3 days to be contacted back and when I was finally contact it was the GM... more

Not all Holiday Inns are the same, and this was one of the better ones. The owner takes pride and it shows. The beds were excellent. The bathroom, especially the shower, was quite nice. The towels were nice and soft. It was a very comfortable room. I never heard an airport noise although I heard some truck traffic. Room service... more

For the price,$100+, I expected 1st class accomodations. I noticed hallways had 80's look and smell. Room was old furniture , tiles in bathroom floor have seen better days.Window opened partially. Poor WIFI signal in most rooms. Restaurant was pricey and food was nothing special. Located in an industrial area, with freight train passing every few hours. I travel often... more

My cousin and I booked a trip to Oregon(thru Priceline), and this hotel was by far the cheapest in price. This kind of brought some concern, but we're young and figured that we won't be in the room much anyway, so as long as it's clean, we're good. Well we got there to check in, and the lady asked us,... more

I received The Holiday Inn via Priceline for $35. I arrived very late and just needed the hotel overnight to catch my flight to Asia the next day. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the free shuttle, the ride was about 7 minutes. My room was standard, clean and comfortable. As a Priority Points member, I received a... more

This hotel was a pleasant surprise and provided a welcome ending to our trip in Portland. We had decided to extend our stay an extra night and managed to scoop the HI for a low rate. It was pretty much standard HI with the exception that I found the staff to be overly accommodating. They worked to allow us to... more

I am a Starwood/Marriott/Hyatt/Hilton Elite. By chance I had to stay at the Holiday Inn at the airport and it GREATLY exceeded my expectations. Very clean everywhere, and SUPER friendly staff. I found my unused Priority Club membership (by calling the 888 number they supplied) and even though I had 0 points and hadn't stayed at an Intercontinental/Holiday Inn since... more

This place was incredibly dirty, old and smelled like wet, rotting carpet. To add an even more sickening twist, they hold KINKFEST there every year during the last weekend in March and 700+ people converge for a weekend of depavity in the hotel and conference area, where they also set up a dungeon and 'anything goes'. The management welcomes the... more

I was in Oregon for business & had an early AM flight out of Portland, so I needed a place close to the airport. I didn't arrive until late, so I can only base my opinion on the few hours I stayed here. I got a decent rate, but I booked through Hotwire, so I don't know how it compares... more

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and been under-whelmed, this time I booked a Parlor Suite, what a difference. The room was not fancy but was large and comfortable. The wireless internet was good as was the service at the restaurant and bar. The next time I stay here I will definately book one of... more
