The staff was very friendly and helpful, the bar/grill is OK but expensive, if you are there during happy hour it goes from being a poor value to an average value. We booked this hotel for the pool/hot tub and fitness facilities. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working during our stay. Upon our arrival, we were told that it would be fixed the next day, then again the next day, and then the next day... it was not fixed by the time we left. The fitness room is sadly needing... more
