We've stayed here several times and can't imagine staying anywhere else in Portland. We always book a Symphony Suite, which is very comfortable and includes a couch, free wi-fi and a mini-fridge. We stayed in Portland for the first time and found ourselves asking lots of questions of the concierge (particularly the welcoming concierge in the beefeater costume). We recently stayed at the Heathman for a weekend getaway. Overall, we had a nice experience. I stay at the Heathman once or twice a year-usually a quick overnight business trip. I have never had anything but the best experience-great guest service, comfortable and clean rooms and a good night's sleep. more
