We were treated like Kings from the moment the valet took my keys until he returned them to leave for home. We just got back from staying at the Heathman for our daughter's Prom. We rented a Symphony Suite for the girls and my wife and I stayed in a different room. This is a wonderful boutique hotel in the centre of Portland. Great access to everything. Great staff and amenities - restaurant and room service.
