The Mark Spencer is ideally located for shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and business. My "room" was actually a small "suite" consisting of a large bed-sitting room (with fully equipped kitchenette), dressing room (with iron and ironing board), and bathroom. The staff is super nice, and the rate is definitely good, as well as a good location, but it's almost comical how old everything is.
