We'd all like to keep small-town America alive and renovating historic hotels is a good way to do it. But this one hasn't been modernized enough to make most people really comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. I am a flight attendant and stay in probably 4 different hotels a week, and how refreshing to see one that has some character. This is a historic hotel built in 1927, and was an interesting place to stay, although I would not recommend it. It is located right downtown, and parking is in the back, where there is an alley, dumpsters, and poor lighting.We came back downstairs around 10:00pm after we'd checked in and gotten our luggage up to our rooms on the...
