Phone calls to the hotel during the day were quoted one price that was not honored when we arrived. Coldly unaccommodating at the check in, which tainted the whole stay since we were tired and felt helpless to take our business elsewhere. Nice room, breakfast, pool; but fitness equipment not available early or late.

This is a typical Best Western hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpfull, from checking in to checking out. Room was clean, well appointed and what you'd expect from BW properties. ..Breakfast was sit down buffet style and hot. .. Good location to access Dunes Rec. Area. .. GREAT rate for retired military was deciding factor for staying extra night. .. Thanks! :)

Staff were friendly and helpful, pointing us to an excellent seafood restaurant for dinner. The room was clean, and we enjoyed the full breakfast. Despite the location on 101, we didn't hear much traffic noise. But we did hear every toilet flush in our wing of the property. Didn't use the pool so cannot rate.
