Yes, the motel and the beds needs a little updating but the extremely friendly staff, the great competitive lodging rate and the close proximity to the beach made up for that with us. The view and the sounds of the ocean for this price were well worth it and we will return when we're on tighter budget.

The Silver Sands motel has seen better days. While it was clean (a must) the carpet was dingy and very faded and there is nothing good that can be said about the bed.
