The best thing about this hotel was its location overlooking a scenic river. Just about the worst Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in. At check-in, because I’m a ‘platinum member’ we were offered a FREE chocolate/mint wafer, for some reason I was not impressed. The location is excellent, centrally located and all rooms have a view of the Umpqua river. Pets are allowed on the first floor.
