Our room was in a newly renovated part of the hotel. It was clean, spacious and quiet. The high speed internet service was adequate. The front desk personnel were friendly. There is very little choice in St. Helens. Nonetheless this hotel appears to be nicely kept up despite being a near monopoly. more

Walls are paper thin, no fitness room. On the plus side the staff is accomodating. If there were other options in St Helens I'd stay elsewhere, but as far as I know it's better than the alternatives. more
