First, it was listed as a king bed suite. We went into the room and it was not a suite, it was a room with a partition. It had all of the same amenities that any normal hotel room would have, but because of a partition- they charged $50 more. The floor was sticky, and made us feel quite uncomfortable.... more

Very nice property, great location, easy on and off the highway. Restaurants and shopping all with short distance. Rooms very clean and quiet. Wonderful breakfast, especially the waffles. Bottled water available free of charge. Coffee and cookies all day.Would come back again. more

After checking all the travel websites I called the hotel directly as I needed 4 rooms for different family members, the staff was very helpful and professional even suggesting a 2 room suite for a larger group (very reasonable). My wife and I stayed here while in Salem for 4 nights. We really enjoyed the Phoenix, and found it to be a bargain for what we paid through Expedia. Large room with microwave and mini-fridge.
