A girl named Joann is willing and able to do everything in her power to make your stay at Best Western a very nice stay. She goes above and beyond her duties to please you with what ever you ask of her she is like the Energizer Bunny of the Best Western Hotel. Alway has a smile a friendly greeting... more

We stayed here and made day trips to the hiking trails @Mt. Hood. The hotel is near a commercial area, which is great for stocking up on supplies and has an in-hotel self-service laundry. In addition the rooms were very nice, quiet and clean. Service was excellent. Also useful was the pool and hot tub! more

There are limited 1st floor rooms and no elevator. It is a good idea to make a reservation and specifically ask for a 1st floor room if you need one. Indoor pool is nice. Breakfast provided each day is alright--cereal, hot oatmeal, LF and NF milk, juice, coffee, variety of breakfast sandwiches, HB eggs, bagels, cream cheese, danishes, yogurt, fresh... more

This hotel is well kept and staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of selections. There was one point we could not get our food on time and the manager herself delivered our breakfast. My sisters and I were over joyed for the extra care we received. We will definitely comeback and recommend this place to our family... more

The room was pricey for what it was (105.00), and on a week night too. There was also a funny smell in halls. Went to Newport, Oregon and stayed two nights at the Elizabeth Inn, now that was a hotel. more

Due to major renovations on my home, I stayed at Sandy Inn for seven weeks in Feb. and March 2009. I found the staff quite friendly and courteous. Was given a bedsitter room, which was large and clean. Contained king size bed, loveseat, coffee and side tables, television, Internet hook-up, dresser, desk, microwave, refrigerator, and I never felt cramped -... more

While hiking around the Mt Hood area we stayed at the Best Western in Sandy, Oregon. It was a little bit of drive to and from the Mt Hood area trails and lakes, about 20-30 min. but there wasn't that much to choose from as far as lodging near Mt Hood. Unless you don't mind the small "rustic" motels or... more

We happened upon this hotel without reservations after a day of unstructured wandering. We were given the AAA rate and the first-floor room I needed. The staff was extremely courteous, and the room was clean and quiet. The pool was an unexpected pleasure. Another time I'll reserve this hotel well in advance so I don't risk missing out on a... more

We had stayed at this Best Western several times and the stay was 'okay.' We called the hotel directly for a reservation which is what the manager had told us to do. Our reservations were incorrect and they refused to make them right. The hotel desk person was rude and kept rolling her teenage eyes at me. She told us... more

After a long drive from Canada We spent one night at this Inn. We got the last room which was #118.No one at the desk informed us at check in that there would be a very loud startling noice in our room coming from the swimming pool filter until we were woken up from it and called the desk. We... more
