Paid 149.00 for a 2 bed room. first room had no t.V. (stolen), got moved to a room that the old metal key would not open the door, doorknob almost fell off. Got moved to another room that smelled weird and had mold on tub. won't stay again, should have asked for $$ back. Needed updating very, very badly. more

Good service and a great location! The room was clean and the grounds are very well taken care of. Bad choice; on vacation and so far the worst hotel we stayed in. I don't know where the good comments came from but our room had a lousy view; mold in the bathroom; a/c worked but no thermostat to adjust. Reported this at checkin but not taken care of. We stayed in unit "C" facing the parking lot. Air conditioning was much noisier than other hotels in similar price range; otherwise it was very quiet. From the moment we arrived at the Shilo Inn we were made to feel right at home. The front desk staff were very efficient and the hotel employees were very friendly.
