We rarely go anywhere where we will need to stay in a hotel, so this was a special treat for our family. Honestly-The rooms look exactly how they look online, the pool is perfectly clean, the staff is great. Not to mention the breakfast! we have 2 teenagers and a 4 yr old,so it's sometimes hard to find something for... more

We stayed 1 night on our way to the coast and 2 nights on the way home. The hotel was easy to access from I-84 and dining and shopping options were an easy drive. It was also easy to access Chinook Landing Park for our salmon fishing charter with Jack Glass of Hook Up Guide service who as great and... more

We stayed for 3 nights to visit Portland, McMenamins, and the Columbia Gorge area. The hotel is a great location for all 3 as it is right in the middle. The town of Troutdale is a bit run down and doesn't have much going on. The hotel offered a nice breakfast every morning and the staff was great. We had... more

We arrived and went through the check-in process with Mary at the front desk. She was very pleasant and provided us with maps of the nearby Columbia River Gorge. Check-in went smoothly and we went upstairs to find a well-kept, extremely large room that included 2 queen beds, living area with chair and sleeper sofa and small bathroom. A micro/fridge... more

We had our plans accidently cancelled at our time share by the reservation specialist, so we were scrambling to make new plans, we decided to visit Oregon and try to find a hotel last minute, we couldn't have made a better choice, truly first-class.The room was clean. The ammenities were provided. The staff was friendly and went out of their... more

My mom and I reserved a two queeen bed room for a four night stay to see family over thanksgiving. They gave my mom a $90 a night rate. My cousin decided to join us after the original reservation was made. I called and asked for a cot and was told they don't do that.but they would upgrade us to... more

We were on our way to see the fall colors along the Columbia, and stayed here as a great place to start (at the western edge of the old highway and Multnomah Falls). The room was huge, with two queen beds and a separate sitting area, like a small suite. Everything was very clean, there was in-room coffee, microwave, refer,... more

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while we attended a family wedding. When we first checked in it was somewhat unimpressive and bland. The room was suppose to be a "suite" but seemed like a regular hotel room with a cabinet containing a microwave and small refrig. The room and hotel in general was clean. The complementary breakfast... more

This place was okay, but what they promised on their website was not what you can get. The free shuttle was not available the first day, and then non-existent the next (it took some convncing to get any help). I'd stay somewhere else next time! more

On April 27 & 28, 2006 my daugther, granddaughter and myself stayed at Best Western Rama Inn in Troutdale (Wood River). We paid $85 per night for a suite that contained two beds and a sofa bed. The room was large and very nicely furnished and maintained. The suite does not have a separate bedroom but the room is very... more
