You can't beat the price for the view you get. The people running the place are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed being able to walk out of the room, across the lawn and down the steps onto the beach. I wanted a place with a fireplace, a view, and a kitchenette for under $100 near Yachats, so I tried the Wayside.
