The desk clerk barely said two words to me at check in. I wasn't asked about reward for platinum status. Wallpaper near elevator was held up with tacks. Room was ok. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Cleanliness was not an issue but things just didn't seem completely put together.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Wireless was fast and easy to connect to. Everything seemed very new and/or well-maintened. Hotel was quiet, even though it seemed like plenty of people were staying. Building is a little out of the way, but worth it. Fitness center is really impressive! Breakfast was standard hotel fare, but the service was excellent!

Convenient to the highway we stopped on our way from the south. Our dog was welcome. Rooms were a bit small but furnishings were updated and bathroom was surprisingly good size. Front desk directed us to a local restaurant for dinner that gave us a discount. What else could you ask for?
